Will you be able to save me money?
Operating a broker model, we can provide an extremely competitive price whatever service you need and location you’re in. We can’t make guarantees, but get a quick quote from us and we’re confident we’ll be able to make you a saving.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes, we offer national coverage. Wherever you are in the UK, we can provide a service.
How quickly can you start?
From the point at which you sign a contract with us, you can expect your new service up and running within 3 weeks. It’s worth checking when your current contract expires, so you can ensure there’s no gap in your service.
How long will my contract be with SWR JustBins?
You’ll have 12-month contract with us, which we will automatically renew for you at the end of the term (unless you tell us you want to leave).
Who do I call if my bin isn't collected?
One of the great things about our broker model is that we can sort out any supplier problems on your behalf. Just call our Customer Services Team on 0333 04 33 100 and we’ll get to the bottom of the issue and get your bin emptied as soon as possible.
What happens if I want to change my schedule once I've signed a contract?
That shouldn’t be a problem, we’re happy to be flexible. Call our Customer Services Team on 0333 04 33 100, and we’ll produce an updated schedule that works better for you.
